Our Verdict
The Times Gate is arguably the most eye-catching piece of tech I have added to my workspace this year. I spent two weeks testing its WiFi-connected interface and pixel art capabilities to see if it brings genuine value to a gaming setup or is just another RGB gimmick.
Performance & Build Quality
The build quality of the Times Gate is impressively robust, featuring a sleek housing that feels far more durable than standard plastic office decor. The five independent LCD panels are crisp and responsive, capturing the cyberpunk aesthetic perfectly with vibrant colors and fluid animations.
Day-to-Day Experience
Setting up the device via the smart app was a seamless experience, allowing me to instantly push custom pixel art and sync my daily calendar. The learning curve is non-existent, and having my schedule and notifications visible on such a striking display genuinely streamlined my workflow during long gaming or editing sessions.
This is the perfect upgrade for streamers, gamers, or anyone looking to add a functional, high-tech centerpiece to a modern, neon-lit workstation.
Final Thoughts
I am awarding the Times Gate a solid 5/5 rating for its unique blend of form and function. While $199.00 is an investment, the combination of professional-grade design and endless customization makes it an essential piece of hardware for any enthusiast's desk in 2026.
